Our Staff
Dcss believes that it is important to have a properly vetted and well trained team of skilled, professional care workers. Each carer undergoes continuous training that ensures that they have the knowledge to deliver the highest quality of care. This training includes: Health and Safety, Food and Hygiene, Moving and Handling as well as Administration of Medication and more.
Direct care and support services aims to provide support in personal care to services users and our staff will have a high standard of professionalism, which will be effective and reliable.
All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.
