About Us
Direct Care & Support Services (DCSS) provides professional home care and live in care for the elderly, adults with disabilities and those simply frail through illness or age.
We also provide support to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems living in supported accommodation.
Our home care and live in care service allows you to carry on living independently within the comfort of your own home for as long as you would like to and for as long as you are able to. This will be based on your assessed needs and may vary from our staff visiting you a few hours a week to full time 24 hour care (Live in care).
Our team of highly qualified and experienced workers are carefully chosen to ensure they offer you the service you require, based on your needs wishes and preferences.
Our workers are naturally caring and they will do their optimum best to ensure you have better health, higher quality support and greater opportunities for a better tomorrow.
We aim to ensure you remain in control; you improve your confidence and achieve your independence in as many areas of your life as possible. We will work hard to assist you to get on with your life the way you choose to. To achieve this we will work closely with you, your family and friends and all other people who are directly involved in your care.
